  1. Make an xc background 300x200; I used gradient green..


  2. Now click on Composite. Enter this URL......Check Over and Center....Tile across and down.. Click Effect


  3. Now click effects and put 2.0x1.0 in the box and click the radio button for gaussian blur....Click Effect


  4. Click F/X and put 10x20 in the box. Click the Vignette radio button.... Background: white, Fill: white; Click Effect
