Here's something fun. Grab a scenic image and crop and resize it till it is sig size. Then frame it as you wish and save.

Then go to IM and make a white or matte xc bigger than your image. Composite your image NW, over.

Then composite your gifs one smaller inside the frame and a larger hanging over the frame so it looks like it is escaping....
