PIXELATE Get yourself an image...Here's the deer Input your image Go to resize In the box put 10% and select Sample Click Resize Go to resize again In the box put 1000% and select Sample Click Resize Now you can crop out a piece and tile it down and across a plain back and composite your framed image in the center OR use the entire image resized a bit bigger and then composite the framed deer image......For the latter you can resize the image before pixelating to about twice as big....then pixelate and after compositing crop to taste.....
